Go to the Cheetos site and enter your birth date. They will then ask you for a product code. You need to click on the link that says “NEED A PRODUCT CODE? CLICK HERE”. They give you a free product code.
This is also part of a huge giveaway to win a trip for 12 to universal orlando resort just so you know 
And if the first page (where you put your birth date) says you are not eligible – no idea why it does that just ignore and proceed with birthday and you get the form.
